JBG Endura 101
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
4 tbsp melted butter
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp gelatin powder
2 tbsp water
Sliced mangoes for garnish
Cooking Method:
Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter, press into pan for crust.
Beat cream cheese, add mango pulp and powdered sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in water, add to cream cheese mixture.
Pour over the crust, refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Garnish with sliced mangoes. Enjoy!
