JBG Endura 101
Ingredients:
1 cup jowar flour
1 ripe pear, grated
1/4 cup jaggery, grated
1/4 cup fresh coconut, grated
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup water
Ghee or oil for greasing
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine jowar flour, grated pear, grated jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom powder.
Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
Stir in the baking soda just before cooking.
Heat an appam pan and lightly grease each cavity with ghee or oil.
Pour a small amount of batter into each cavity.
Cover and cook on medium heat until the edges turn golden and the appams are cooked through.
Serve warm as a healthy snack or breakfast option.
