JBG Endura 101
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk (or almond milk for a dairy-free option)
1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness of mango)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
Blend the diced mango in a blender until smooth.
In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the blended mango puree until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight, until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
Serve chilled, topped with additional mango slices or other fruits if desired.
