Oats & Poha Sukha Bhel

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats, roasted

  • 1 cup poha (flattened rice), roasted

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  • 1 small cucumber, finely chopped

  • 1 small carrot, grated

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Chaat masala to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted oats and roasted poha.

  2. Add the chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, grated carrot, green chili, and coriander leaves.

  3. Mix in the roasted peanuts.

  4. Season with salt and chaat masala.

  5. Drizzle with lemon juice.

  6. Toss everything together until well combined.

  7. Serve immediately for a crunchy and refreshing snack.
