Paneer Chilli Flake Balls

Ingredients:

  • 200g paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 1 medium potato, boiled and mashed

  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 tbsp cornflour

  • Salt to taste

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Grate the paneer into a bowl. Add the boiled and mashed potato.

  2. Mix in green chilies, red chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Add cornflour to bind the mixture.

  3. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

  5. Fry the balls until they are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  7. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite dip. Enjoy your spicy Paneer Chilli Flake Balls!
