JBG Endura 101
Dry:
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet:
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup almond milk
Optional:
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, applesauce, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Stir in almond milk to the wet mixture.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until a thick batter forms.
Fold in optional add-ins (chocolate chips, nuts).
Spread batter evenly in the baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
