JBG Endura 101
Ingredients:
2 cups corn kernels
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together corn kernels, chopped tomatoes, onion, bread crumbs, grated cheese, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into small kebabs or patties.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce of your choice.
