Tomato & Corn Kebab

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups corn kernels

  • 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together corn kernels, chopped tomatoes, onion, bread crumbs, grated cheese, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Shape the mixture into small kebabs or patties.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

  5. Serve hot with mint chutney or sauce of your choice.
